milky white stuff in middle of cap

pail yellow shroom does not bruise blue...the stem is pail yellow bout 3 in. long too and the gillsare pail yellow too . found it on hill side. but it has milky white stuff in middle of cap what is it????? what kind of shroom is it...i am really sorry that i post some many forums but i need lots of help i want to find a good one so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i have been looking every where i live in K.Y.
