CU student accused of sexual assault while under the influence September 30, 2007 - CampusPress.com
"I am eternity," the nude Chandler Wyatt, a freshman open-option major, reportedly yelled as he entered Hallett Hall on Sept. 26, before being accused of sexually assaulting one of the residents.
At about 10:00 p.m., Wyatt, under the influence of two doses of LSD, was let into the residence by the victim, an acquaintance, according to police.
A CU Police Department report said Wyatt is being held at the Boulder County Jail on suspicion of third-degree sexual assault, indecent exposure and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
The 18-year-old Texas native reportedly started out the night with four 250 microgram doses of LSD accompanied by one of his high school friends.
"(The anonymous high school friend) kept saying, 'Take another tab, you're with me,'" said Michael Ellis, 18, a freshman marketing major who is Wyatt's roommate.
Ellis said he watched the two friends take the LSD and then leave the room.
Wyatt then went to the third floor of Hallett where he walked into the victim's room. When he was asked to leave the dorm room, he complied. Once in the hallway, however, witnesses say he grabbed onto the victim's waist and threw her on the ground.
"Let's do it right now," Wyatt reportedly said.
As they saw him begin to pull her pants down, residents of Hallett attempted to restrain him. Multiple men had difficulty restraining the 5-foot-5-inch, 125-pound man.
When CUPD arrived they had to use leg restraints as well as a spit sock to control the student.
According to Ellis, this is not Wyatt's first drug offense at CU. Ellis said Wyatt has been caught smoking marijuana on two previous occasions this year.
Wyatt was taken to Boulder Community Hospital and soon after was transported to Boulder County Jail.
This incident is not the only drug-related sexual assault since the start of the school year.
On Sept. 18, a CU student named Scott Pyzik, 19, was arrested on suspicion of groping several women while under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms.

The guy is obviously a pervert. However; I'm guessing that we're going to hear all about rape being one of the many side-effects of LSD. Most likely from this creep himself.

The articles suggest he would have been fine only going for 2 doses. that's cool. Trying to have sex with an unwilling girl in the hallway always leads to trouble even if you are eternity.

Agh, what an awful myspace page, that text is so hard to read I think I'll have to be excused while I remove my own eyes.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this person wasn't prepared to be eating acid like he did. Either that or he is a complete jackass.

UPDATE:
http://www.coloradodaily.com/articles/2007/10/02/news/c_u_and_boulder/news3.txt
Not an acid trip?
Last week's CU dorm sex assault - in which a freshman allegedly tripping on LSD ran naked into Hallett Hall, grabbed a woman standing in the hallway, forced her to the ground and started sexually assaulting her until a crowd of male witnesses pulled him off her - has many people asking the question, ‘How could LSD provoke someone to do that'?
Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), after all, is a hallucinogenic drug that's known for enhancing sensory perceptions, distorting time, and creating a sensation of “cosmic consciousness” - not for causing aggressive behavior.
“I'm not aware of anything specific to LSD that would promote that kind of behavior,” said Stephen Bentley, coordinator of substance abuse services at CU's Wardenburg Health Center.
According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), LSD causes users to see, hear and feel sensations that do not exist and can create rapid, intense mood swings. But according to several government and non-profit Web sites, even when LSD users undergo a negative experience of fear or anxiety - referred to as a “bad trip” - the experience is internal, not outwardly aggressive. Neither the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration nor the Partnership for a Drug Free America nor NIDA warn of potentially aggressive acts that could be provoked by LSD use.
“If you look at the documented histories around extraordinary things where people [using LSD] have stepped off of buildings thinking they can fly and so forth, it's still not that kind of assaultive behavior, it's not aggressive to others,” Bentley said.
“It's one of the reasons I question exactly what the students were on,” he said. “They might have thought that they were taking acid ... but I don't know that's what they were actually on.”
Aggressive acts are more closely tied to another drug, phencyclidine, known as PCP or “angel dust.” PCP inhibits the release of glutamate, an amino acid in the brain tied to feeling pain and responding to the environment. LSD, on the other hand, promotes glutamate release.
PCP is a “dissociative drug” and was developed as an anesthetic, while LSD is a stimulant.
According to The Partnership for a Drug Free America, “Many people who use PCP may do it unknowingly because PCP is often used as an additive and can be found in Š LSD.”
“That kind of acting-out behavior is not something that's typically associated with LSD,” Bentley said. “... it sounds like something someone on PCP would do ... [PCP] had a reputation for making people more aggressive.”
It's possible that the man arrested on suspicion of last week's dorm sex assault, 18-year-old open-option major Chandler Ross Wyatt, thought he was ingesting pure LSD when he was actually taking LSD laced with another drug, Bentley said. Wyatt could have also unknowingly taken a different drug entirely.
But no one may ever know for sure, he said. LSD doesn't appear on a standard drug test.

My guess is that he was given some large blotters with PCP or some other non-LSD like chemical on them, and had never done LSD before or something along those lines. He was told it was 250 microgram blotter, to explain the largeness of it. Thats my guess anyway.

ANOTHER UPDATE ON THE NAKED LSD VILLAIN STORY:
CU Freshman Accused Of Sex Assault Goes Home http://cbs4denver.com/local/local_story_277072107.html
(AP) BOULDER, Colo. A University of Colorado freshman accused of sexually assaulting a woman after taking LSD and running across campus naked is allowed to return to his home state of Texas because he can no longer attend classes, a judge has ruled.
Chandler Ross Wyatt, 18, was formally charged Tuesday with felony counts of unlawful sexual contact with force, drug use and drug possession, and misdemeanor counts of assault, indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
If convicted, he could face up to six years in prison on the most serious charge and would have to register as a sex offender.
Wyatt and his parents declined to comment after his court hearing Tuesday.
Police reports said that on Sept. 27, Wyatt and a friend took LSD and decided to take their clothes off. Wyatt then ran outside and to a dorm, where he was arrested.
A resident told police she let him in because she thought he had locked himself out, according to police reports. The man sexually assaulted her before several men in the dorm intervened, police said.
