Almost Done Colonizing, Should I Birth(PICS)

The jars have been almost 100% colonized for a while except for certain incolonized dots throughout the cake. I think this might be from the brf and verm pressing against the glass so the mycelium cant colonize on it. These dots have been there since the cake began colonizing 3+ weeks ago and they havnt colonized at all.
So my question is should I wait even more or should I birth / dunk and roll? ( I dont think that the spots are going to colonize even if i wait more.)

To me it looks colonized. I wouldn't cut pieces off.

DO NOT birth those, let them go 100%, then, let them go another 4 or 5 days, the reason being, is their are "phases" of colonization, during this phase, it's still monokaryotic, in a few more days, the network will consolidate, and become diakaryotic.
