Once again th damn overlay has struck.
What alternatives do I have??

a) Flip the casing and fruit from the bottom?
b) Deep scratch the bastard with a fork?
c) wait?

I`m willing to wait, I`m also willing to do either a or b
for any of you that have worked with PR before what would you suggest??

I've had success with flipping as casing, but it wasn't a PR. Scratching hasn't worked for me.

I do like the PR stain, sorry to hear about the overlay. I've had patches of overlay on my PR casing but it still fruited on top of that part. I don't know if it's common though.

I`m gonna give it another 2 days, if no fruit starts forming I`ll flip it I think, maybe scratch it first.
From what I`ve read on Joshua's posts he says they`ll fruit off the overlay anyway.
So maybe I`m just being impatient.
PR love the coir though.

Finally the shroom Gods have smiled on my Peurto Recans.
I was patient, fanned and all the good stuff that goes with this strain and finally the casings have started fruting.
The overlayed casing still looks too thick, I`m gonna scratch it a bit and see or flip it, the other one is pinning nicely
Those PRs start out such a nice wholesome colour as well

I`m sooo happy
