lol titty cactus, i think u mean bottom left of the first pic mate
the "stringy cactus" is selenicereus grandiflorus... im trying to get it to grow big and thick by feeding it san pedro, then it might be useable as a grafting stock

nope, those 2 trays were purchased as 1cm buttons... the seed trays with trichs range from 3 months to 6 months in age... im planning to grow alot from seed in the future, mainly in search of rarities... plus i cant afford to keep buying mature specimens, have invested enough cash in lophs for seed production already got some interesting tricho seed to play with...
icaro peruvianus, validus, glaucus, kimuras giant x bridgesii, bridgesii x luthur burbank, scopulicola x bridgesii... and a load more which im lazy to list

hmmm... i did consider taking the tip off one of the columns and grafting it... perhaps i'll try some aerole grafts instead... i may even treat it with that cytokinin hormone and see if i can get it to produce a little pup to graft onto pereskiopsis... im undecided really...

i shall be leaving it on its own root, and try to force some pups with that hormone to graft with i guess... i dont want to mutilate it too much i just noticed that one of the columns has dropped a rib, a 4 ribbed variegated trich would be quite nice!
