Leaf Burn

If there are a few leaves on my salvia plant that show leaf burn can that be undone with proper water/fert./sun/etc. or are those particular leaves doomed?

When a leaf is burned, the burned part is dead... however (necrosis?) can set it, cut the dead part off, and maintain healthier conditions.

hey since we in the same part of the world... i get a lot of leaf burn on all plants i put outside. those leaves never recover. so i put them in the shade and only let them gfet afternoon sun. seems to help alot. enjoy.

Obviously don't put them outside if they're not acclimatized! I would imagine that where you live, Chemkid, it's too dry for salvia d. to be happy outside in the summer. I'm guessing most days it's less than 40% RH?

you got that right...it is usually <10% humidity. I grow mine indoors anyway with grow lights. I mist my plant periodically to make it feel at home in some fake humidity. It is doing really well....no complaints.....i was just wondering if I could help the already jacked up leaves to recover or if ther are gone. I already cut those parts out anyway.
