Ran it through 3 times and it really helped with the bitterness. It's still there but it's more subtle. i really enjoy it.

i found a tsugae and it smells like feet does yours? or did mine just dry near some shoes?

I doubt seriously that you extracted much medicine in the short time it took to brew three cycles. Most people boil reishi for several hours to extract the goods. RR

How would i know? i thought the taste would indicate "The Goods" It tasted just like it did when i let it simmer for hours, but better.
