Will 10 psi PC work for sterilizing WBS?
I just bought it brand new and it never said the pressure til I opened it.
It's only 10 I figured it might work if I PC for 1.5 hours.
I have asked on here before but only got 2 responses.
Any help is appreciated.

Really? I though 60 minutes at 15 psi was standard. That what I've always done and read in the FAQs.
My small PC only goes up the 10 psi, and 60 minutes in IT is enough to sterilize wbs quarts.

Not a hundred percent sure on this, but sterilization is a mixture of temperature and length. If you heat it up to 5k degrees you only need to run it for one second and if you only heat it up to 250...you get the idea. You are most likely going to have a sterile jar after having your stuff in the pressure cooker (past boiling point) for like 10-15 minutes, anything longer is just to ensure so all that work you did on your substrate doesn't go to waste.
