well i found a patch of lawn that was growing mushrooms and decided to take a closer look. Uppon further inspection the shrooms seemed to be P.Cubensis. Please take a look and let me know.

It is not P. cubensis or anything active.
Could be honey mushrooms. What color is the spore print, and were they growing from buried wood?

i didnt think it was anything serious so i didnt bother to make a spore print. The patch is all around a tree stump. They have a sticky texture and me and my friends each ate 1 to see waht would happen. I felt a little strange, Ive never taken shrooms but i have taken Acid and i understand the simularities.

So we got two people in one day eating unidentified shrooms?!?!
did the IQ level here just drop by 50% or is it just my imagination?

> i didnt think it was anything serious so i didnt bother to make a spore print.
Next time please make a spore print. Since these probably have light spores, use tinfoil.
> The patch is all around a tree stump.
Sounds right for honey mushrooms.

Please don't eat any more mushrooms that you find until the people here have identified them for you. Don't let your friends eat any mushrooms that aren't the right type.
It only takes one of the wrong mushroom to kill you, and it usually takes more than one of the right mushroom to trip.
I could tell you all sorts of stuff about eating the wrong mushroom, but I will spare you, just don't do it.

Hey go easy on the workers, this one just risked his life for us.

DON'T EAT UNIDENTIFIED MUSHROOMS. IT CAN KILL YOU.
Honey mushrooms are poisonous raw, but i doubt your friends will become too sick, maybe some vomiting though. I hope you stick around after this, and learn some about mushrooms before trying again.

Honey mushrooms can be eaten but must and I repeat must be cooked for 15mins plus before eating. Even when cooked for such a long time for a mushroom they do not always agree with everybody who trys them.
