Well I have never done either of these. I have quite a few sleeves of plastic dishes and plastic syringes which are individualy packed and sterile. Anyways, a friend of mine used to re-use his dishes and syringes and he just soaked them in a 20%bleach/water solution. Then I think inside his glove box he wiped them again with 99% alcohol to be safe.

where do you guys get 99% alchol from the hightest i could find at my local store was 70%...that hight enuf to kill bacteria?

to get 99 percent its hard, and usually poisoned and for labs only (and its actualy 98.5 percent, 197 proof), but 70 percent is enough.
