my girlfriend and I are both addicted
to sushi.
we need to dose it at least once a week.
I get everything spicy: spicy tuna, spicy salmon, spicy albacore, spicy yellowtail.
its soooo expensive though

i want sushi instead of unhealthy food and beer. I remember we had a foreign exchange teacher stay at my house for a few weeks from japan. she was sweet and no i did not hook up with her...unfortunatly. but we made some authentic sushi rolls sooooo good.

Oonagi is my second favorite.
It's all about toro/fatty tuna sashimi.

i like it better when the meat is shredded instead of just being a big chunk.
also, I've found that 'bargain' sushi is usually a mistake...

One thing I thought is the raw salmon. Doesn't it need to be 'cured' somehow. I didn't think you could just eat it raw like you could tuna.

gawd, when we were in Cabo San lucas Mexico and caught pounds and pounds of Tuna...we ate that shit up like mad dogs. And we brought home pounds of it home for free. What does a pound of Sushi grade tuna go for ?..like 23 bucks a pound. man that was nice.

I am addicted to sushi as well. I go to an all you can eat sushi place for $11.95 usually on sundays and its quite good. Have had many epic battles there. Big fan of spicy tuna rolls, chicken teriyaki rolls and dynamite.
