wasn't sure where to post this, but i hope this fits in nicely in this forum.
i have a few grams of calea zacatechichi and people seemingly know it mostly only as the "dream herb." i've heard about it before but have no experience and i heard it's nothing really intense or special, but i decided to ask all of you anyway...
any of you with any experience with this? and if so, how was it?
i'm unsure exactly what it is, but it doesn't create a mild high but creates more vivid dreams. anybody care to explain or discuss this for my own benefit? thanks

I bought some tincture, and I'd recommend smoking it, because fuck is it the most bitter thing I have ever consumed. It will make your dreams vivid and long lasting, that's about it. Dream experiences vary with each individual.

i don't remember my dreams from last night. but i remember right before i slept, and i remember falling asleep, and i remember my imagination being extremely wild and vivid and filled with color and emotion. a few times i actually woke up because it was so realistic, but i can't say that i didn't love it...

used to be my favorite herb, there it is in my signature. it helped give me intense dreams, if i smoked a good amount (8 bowls) it would start giving me out of body experiences. as for the high outside of dreams, it made me feel like i was lying on a cloud as i fell asleep.

I got some in a variety sample pack once. I didn't notice any effects while awake. I think I have a gram left but if I've got to smoke more than that to enjoy then it's not worth it to me unless it produced some pretty dramatic effects.
I doubt I would notice much in effect on my dreams as they are usually so vivid and intense anyway. Some nights I don't feel like I actually sleep at all for the dreams. I have to take something often to reduce the dreaming and let me rest. Weed and alcohol does the trick. So will sedatives.
I do love my dreams though. Even most of the bad ones.

Maybe but I've been that way all of my life. I love it most of the time.
I don't know about doing too much salvia but all of a sudden I seem to have too much. lol I've got 20 small plants already and just got 50 grams of 20X in the mail today. That should last me a while.

Sorry to step on your thread lysergicide. It appeared dead in the ether. I'm not the one who brought it up either. Here is 5 shrooms to make up fer it anyway.
I mentioned above that I tried the calea. I tried smoking it but never making a tea with it. I can't even remembered if that is suggested but if you still have some left that sounds like something to check into.

ive got a giant calea plant, and broke off one of many of its arms accidentally, and made a cutting with the real thick base, then took all the leaves off and had a good paperbags worth of leaves, which ive dried out and im going to powder them in the coffee grinder tomorrow and put them into caps.
