On the topic of Mycopath, it took them almost a week to ship my order from they time they received my postal money order, but when everything did come it was packaged nice enough and it was all there (no freebies)
So how was this sysyrgy strain resurrected?

graham begins processing and preparing your order just for you, So it takes time once payment is received, it takes time for a money order to go through the mail. I assure you, if you were to have used electronic payment methods it would have been quicker.

Got my print today....thanks again Jeetered. The OakRidge is done and going to some coir/coffee tomorrow. The Syzygy is about to get put into 4 syringes and some LC of it to some grain bags.
Grow logs for both will be posted upon completion.

Great looking grow man..about how much was from the tubs and how much from the bags..and about how much of that poo went to the bags and how much to the tubs? Id guess about 1/2 and 1/2? Just curious which you prefer..Ive been loving the bags..

both methods work so great, i can't choose between them. I would say though, that the invitro bags produce the most the quickest.
On this grow, the bags produced about 2.2 kilo's, the tubs 4 kilo's, this was after it ran it's full course, and flushed about 6 times. The syzygy closet is over...
I will link my next logs from here. and my f+ threads.
the next ones are sOOOO exciting!!!
completely new stuff!!!

one question, did you only have two monotubs in the syzygy grow?

no, they flushed out 2 kilo's, and i had to start fresh ones. It gets to a point, you get tired of keeping them up, and it's more efficient to start new ones.

first i scraped some spores off the print you gave me onto an agar plate. to be honest i didnt think it would work out good.. but its one of the only ones that truly made it..
so after a few plate transfers they finally fully colonized as you can see i cut a few wedges to make another agar plate..

it looks healthy

that does look healthy!
looks REALLY tomentose, however, the new plates showing rhizo growth?
it could look tomentose (fluffy cottony) due to the age of the plate though.
great work man, great work.

I am wondering how you allow fae into the bags.... I have a computer fan blowing in a space holding about 12 bags aprox the same way you are doing, except I sterilize my bags w/ WBS hpoo and other additives and knock them up with LC.

well, filter patch bags don't need fae, the filter patch provides it, sometimes i squeeze the air out, and it in turn sucks new air in.
I would never directly inoculate hpoo,
i would inoculate grains, let it colonize, then spawn to manure in a bowl, then put in bags.

I do a bulk mix with WBS already in the bag, so I eliminate the spawning process all together....
And yes even bags need fae, if your closet door is closed your bags will not produce as well because of CO2 build up, just wondering if you had a fan to circulate the air or not
