So how is your thought process? I mean, does the world still work the same, or is everything new?

nah what I was saying was is that if I'm high, I'll often forget what I was watching during the commercials - was thinking maybe it was just the pot and not the meg.
But now that you are melting into your chair... have fun. Your liver hates you right now, but at least you aren't drowning it with liquor I suppose. I don't think one could cope with the affects of nutmeg for a long enough period to be able to cause similar liver damage that prolonged alcohol consumption does, but I figure it would take a lot less to do so.

Well... Is 3:30 P.M the next day (20 hours after ingestion)
I can say with all honesty i don't feel sick, my stomach/liver doesn't hurt, I could not fall asleep for the life of me last night but other than that I'm not experiencing ANY side effects other than just being tired ...... So far
The high started off as just a relaxing body high that made me feel really "stoned". That feeling lasted about 1 & 1/2 hours but after that the body high just turned into and uneasy feeling where i couldn't relax. I had a few peaks where i laughed at nothing and opened my eyes up really wide for no apparent reason. But those few peaks weren't worth the insomnia. I didn't get any significant head change other than being semi scatter brained making it hard to pay attention to things.
Overall: Nutmeg is pretty weak, takes forever to start working, and wont give you anything you'll want to feel again.
