Is it possible to buy portobella mushies or button mushys from the store, print them, and grow them. And if so could i use the pf Tek with canning jars?

You would most likely have to make some agar cultures first.

Button mushrooms are one of the harder species. Try playing around with oyster mushrooms from the market and you will have better luck. They tend to fruit in the package on their own decaying bodies if left to rot (sometimes you can find them in this condition at the store). Easiest mushroom to grow ever.
