I think "are you okay?" is a pretty bad one, unless asked in just the right tone of voice.
Of course I'm okay.

So long as this thread has already been necro'd...
In my tripping group, we play a little game called "What time is it?". Whenever anybody asks, we all have to guess what time it is before any of us checks. The goal is to get as close as possible.
The funny thing is that you go from way overshooting it to being reasonably accurate to way undershooting it as the time dilation drifts away. It's a really fun game to play .

I have this awful, ex friend who always plays this annoying roll, and I've seen him first hand send people into fucking freakouts by bombarding them with this, when he should have just acted cool like everything WAS OK. It's like, "Dont think of an elephant" In order to conceive that command, you, of course, have to think of an elephant.
I've seen him do this probably a half dozen times in different situations with different people. I dont know hwy he's like this, but alas, we dont hangout anymore.

My friends and I thought of the most hilarious thing that would freak someone out.
Get a group of friends together at a show and pick one person. Then every fifteen minutes or so, have a different person from your group go up to them and say "you need to wake up", then walk off.
I think it would freak me out beyond belief if multiple different strangers said that to me throughout the night.

Better yet, choose 2 people in the group who are unawares, and all night, agree with EVERYTHING one of them says, and disagree with EVERYTHING another says.
The one you agree with, no matter how shy and stupid, will end up saying the most eloquent, beautiful, soul searching shit. The other one will usually shut the fuck up, so use this to your advantage with a new person in the group and that annoying asshole who always tags along.
Once during a poker game, my buddy stepped out to use the phone, and my other friend goes, "When he comes back in here, ignore him like he isnt real" and it was the funniest shit to see him walk in, and say something, get no response, then kind of say things to people or groups individually, with just NO RECOGNITION, and eventually start looking around as if he's a ghost or some shit, trying to figure out if he can walk thru the walls now, haha.

Just generally people trying to look at my pupils. Its not an overt question but when friends get up in my face trying to judge what is going on in my brain by the size of my pupils is aggravating.
I mean I really love the fuck out of the guy i am thinking about in particular. But holy fuck it is annoying being 'examined' when tripping where i just want to do and be.

Are you sure it wasn't just 5 grams of really awesome placebo effect?
(No shame there, btw. Means you have a powerful mind)
I ask because that would make his behavior make sense, for one... and for two, I have never seen a 5+ gram trip that wasn't fairly intense. I have a hard time seeing some annoyance kill the trip that much. IMO if you eat 5g of decent shrooms, you're in for a ride no matter where you are or who you're with. Setting could affect your trip NEGATIVELY, for sure... but IME it should still be every bit as intense.

no he said I didn't look like I was tripping because I wasn't really happy how that night ended up, he kinda ruined my trip a little bit and for some reason he can't tell when people have saucer pupils hah. One time my eyes were blood red and my pupils were huge after I drank an LSA water extraction and he told me I looked fine to go out. I go in the mirror and my eyes look like their blood vessels burst and I had hardly any iris.. As far as the mushrooms, they were real haha. some people react very differently to dosages.. I remember when I first ate mushrooms I had an 8th and wish I had more. for me 5g is where the fun starts.

"You still feelin it?"- That one is asked way to much. "Did you trip at all? ", what are you seein?, "You gettin any mind universe shits?"- this is what my friend refers to as spirituality...
and yes being around people that are constantly putting negative thoughts in your head while your tripping brings you down so much. Especially people that are tripping and you can tell are in a very uncomfortable place. Especially those that are (in all honesty) not very intelligent, and can't carry on an interesting conversation.
also yes the mushies were good, I ended up eating a good bit of them with my other friends too and everyone said they were good. But to be tripping around someone who is always highly uncomfortable, anxious, and always seems like he's in a crisis while he's tripping will bring you down a good bit. The is my experience with those people. But yes I'd say that my 5g trip was brought down to 2.5-3g level just based on the fact I couldn't concentrate on my own trip. The come up was intense though! It's just when I became distracted is when it seemed to lose intensity.
