Is it bad if I move the colonized cakes from a temp of 75 to like a temp of 65 for fruiting? or will a drop like that harm fruiting>?

Yea, it's just slower, but they'll fruit. Give plenty of light. I'm convinced that quality is better with lower temperature fruiting. RR

Because bright light shining through plastic tends to raise the temperature a few degrees. At lower fruiting temps, it helps quite a bit to have day/night temperature swings. RR
