Ur temps r most likely causing ur slow colinisation, u want to keep it in higher than that, idealy 80-82F.
If ur other cake is indeed fully colinised and now it had ben hyrdrated, it will take a day to recover and within a week u should start seeing some pins. Make sure u give ur FC FAE and keep the humidity up.
yeah i know not having my fish tanke heater anymore blows it worked for like 3 days then broke... fucking aqua clear, i have my jars colonizing in a sterlite container above the fridge loosely wrapped with a jet black clean laundry bag, then covered with a clean towel over that, maybe ittle insulate more heat who knows,i used to have them just in their sterlite container high up on a shelf in my pitch black closet...this was after my heater broke btw. im strapped for cash and dont get paid till next friday so im fucked on getting another heater at this point, when i get paid im getting a better hygro and a new heater for next batch, wich im gonna start soon cause this one fucked up, im gonna do it all home made no pre ordered anything except for spores and this time ill get something l;ike z strain or ecuador ive heard good things about their fruiting capabilities and colonization speeds. and this time im going to get hepa filter for my inoculation area and a glovebox to work in, and im gonna make my own substrate, ive read the pf tek many times and know how to make and sterilize the substrate but i noobishly decided to order pre sterilized jars instead of make my own i got a myco101 starter kit and they didt even send me containers like the containers in the picture lol. i have 5 jars left one in the FC and 4 more finishing their colonization(i hope) by the looks of things do you think any mushrooms will fruit, that would make me a sad panda if they didnt i spent a pretty penny on all this crap lol.

Bumping this. My first grow here and it seems I might have the same problem. Cambodian strain from spores101 though, not the B+
Did anyone ever find any info about this? I went ahead and dunked and rolled anyway today. The cakes seemed solid and smelled very mushroomy. Just wondering if weedhed had any luck with his grow.
