Some others will have great suggestions for reggae. Why can't you listen to anything else? Personally, I'd suggest albums by Tool, Pink Floyd, Devin Townsend, Chemical Brothers and so on. However, if it's your first trip, you have plenty of other trips to experiment with different music on. You might not need to smoke up - trip might be strong enough by itself, or you just might not feel like it. Be careful though, a session on a trip intenstifies it greatly. Try smoking up on the comedown to extend the experience and ease you back into reality. Try not to go over board with the smoking, maybe a cone between your friends, or maybe a joint you have prepared. For the music, try and pick the music you like that has a really positive vibe. It's amazing how much music affects us on a trip, so try not to choose anything too negative or that gives out bad vibes. Just a precaution for a first time trip. Take some trip toys, green glowsticks are really cool. Nature itself is a great toy, so if you can safely do so, go outside, even if it's just exploring your friend's backyard. Make sure you're in an environment where there will be no parents, authority figures or really anti drug people or even sober people. These are the basics really. The rest is up to you. Try to stay positive about everything, talk amongst yourselves if you feel good vibes, but try and let each other do their own exploring and chill out to the music. Keep open with each other, and if someone starts getting a bit freaked out, try changing the music and just talk them out of it. Good luck!

Hi, Anything by Aphex twin, Orbital or The orb. Spaced and chill out by the klf are essential if you can find them - they were deleted. Basically, any music that you find stirs up positive emotions in you will do the same whilst you trip. ENJOY!

If you're looking for more ambient/downtempo stuff you could also pick up a copy of Makyo's "Shringara"...brilliant album.

Pick music with a good vibe means pick happy music. Dont pick anything with a negitive message or scary sounding. Have fun and be safe. - 2 grams should be more then enough to feel the effects - I think its the perfect amount for a first trip.

A vibe is really just a FEELING you get from something. So if people send out bad VIBES, they send out bad feelings that you in turn feel. So yeah, pick music that gives you good vibes. Nugs have something to do with weed. Not entirely sure what it is. I've never heard people around here use the word NUGS.

Listen to these songs by Squarepusher because they will make you space out and you will have an excelent trip. Ranking from top to bottom (in my opinion) He trips everytime when he makes a song so he knows what you are feeling too he just uses what he has in his head to make the best fucking song possible.
untitled - (wap155) A MUST.. .GET IT NOWWWWWW!!!! (do a lot of shrooms) Tundra (the bass, the cold....gooooooooood) The Exploding Psychology My Red Hot Car A Journey to Reedham Male Pill Part 13 Boneville Occident Significant Others Port Rhombus Rat-P?s And Q?s Ez Boogie Fat Controller Eviscerate [version] Eviscerate Peace Nail Male Pill 5 Untitled Track (2) Circular Flexing (insane voices) Smedley?s Melody I Wish You Could Talk Go Spastic (Warning: May induce bad trip) Free Man Acid Fly Street Beep Street Dedicated Loop Dunderhead (Yoshi) Theme From Ernest Borgnine Massif (Stay strong) My Fucking Sound Papalon Song- Our Underwater Torch Don?t Go Plastic I Wish You Obelisk (Warning: May induce bad trip) Shin Triad (Wagonchrist Mix) (THE CLICKS!!!!) Iambic 5 Poetry (chilllllllllllllllllllllllll song for when you are coming down and want to get high) Kodack
Listen to Squarepusher-Tundra because it makes you feel cold and the beats go into your face and they make your cheeks hurt. I took 2 hits of blotter acid and listened to this song and i needed an overcoat because the song was so cold.
Get everything by Squarepusher because he is the best fucking artist you will ever hear in your life because when he makes music he space?s-out {while on shrooms or acid} and recreates what he feels is happaning in his head to come out with a song that is out of this world. His music can go faster then normal BPM?s and it seems normal to him.
Look at what this interview said:
PSF: With your earlier work, you?d use very fast BPM?s that almost seemed to go against what the mind and body can normally take in. Did you see it that way? How do you react to your own music?
I don?t think that ever at any point it seemed too fast really. I think it was just a mirror of what I thought was normal at the time. It seemed like everything (else) wasn?t fast enough. So it wasn?t like my stuff wasn?t too fast then. It was just perfectly natural. It didn?t effect me in any weird way or anything.
PSF: So it was normal compared to what then?
Just the type of music that was around at the same time as I was writing. Some of it was wicked, definitely. But there was just one direction which I thought could be pushed that no one was pushing.
PSF: Was it something other than the BPM?s that you were trying to push?
Yeah, I was trying to... maximize the whole emotion and impact as well as the physical and rhythmic impact. Just make it more of a head-fuck I think. I?ve always been into the head-fuck.
PSF: Like what?
Anything that?s on the edge. I?ve always like really psychedelic music to some idea, when it?s trying to achieve some head-fuck sort of thing in it. Where ever it?s through a really subtle, melodic means or more of a rhythmic assault. But it?s always attempting the same sort of feeling.
Everyone of Squarepushers songs are fucking insane and you should listen to as many as you can.
Oh yeah go listen to Grateful Dead - Fire on the Mountain (Live version) so damn trippy.
and ahpex twins-Come to daddy (but not recommened if you want to have a bad trip)(if you can handle it go ahead)

I was considering a squarepusher CD, I heard a few of their songs or videos and I liked them.

NUG is short for 'nugget', as in a chunk of weed. I hate both 'nug' and 'nugget'. I just say 'weed'.

Anyone ever trip to Christmas music??? Might be interesting to say the least.
Frosty The Snowman, Jingle Bell Rock, Joy To The World, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, etc. I don't know... I might have to try it.
PS- Don't do it to Springsteen's "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town", that'll for sure F you up for life!!!
