You could just open and leave it to fruit but i would mix it with some hpoo and then if you dont want to do casing, you can fruit it without casing layer

They can be fruited right from the bag. did u get anything else with the growbag.
My growbag came with a humidity tent and perlite and some extra vermiclite for casing.
If u want to fruit in the bag, then once its fully colinised u can simply add some moist vermiculite as a casing layer (cut the bag open beneath the filter patch) and put in into fruiting conditions.
http://www.myco-farm.co.uk/ is the instructions for my growbag if its of any help.

You also might want to cover the sides and bottom of the bag with tin foil or something to block the light. This will reduce the number of fruits growing under the plastic.

At most super stores, wal-mart, target,... you can buy disposable aluminum cake pans with clear snap-on plastic lids.
Something like this:

There not great for repeated usage but excellent for small grows IMO.
You should get something like this from them.

you can let them fruit in bag, but it's almost always better to take them out and treat them like cakes, by creating a fruiting chamber, or a casing.
i've seen a HUGE yield in a bag without opening it before, but it's not easy to do, and i cant remember the strain.
