Damaged Grow

Well I had my second flush of amazonians coming along in a mycobag. A lot of mycelium growth and pins were growing on the side of the plastic bag and doing well.
Unfortunately this morning someone without much knowledge of them came across the bag and caused a bit of damage. I'm guessing there was a bit of prodding and rough handling/shaking because a bit of the colonized substrate was turned up and all of the mycelium and pins that were growing on the side have been torn and separated from the plastic bag now. Some of the larger ones have a been bruised a bit around the base of the stems but otherwise seem to be doing relatively fine.
I guess my question is how much harm do you think this has caused? Is all lost? Will the mycelium recover and resettle or reattach itself? How much damage does bruising and blueing cause in a growing mushroom?

come on now can anybody please help me out? like i said there was previously plenty of rhizomorphic mycelium growing up the side of the bag and thats where a good portion of the mushrooms were pinning and growing out of. now that its been detached they all kind of just fell down and are now loosely sitting with the rest of the pins below but im pretty sure all the little pathways are still attached to the pins. im hoping that theyll just keep growing and take foot where they are now.
can anyone let me know if this is all doomed? will the bruising recover?

the mycelium will likely recover, though as im sure you might or might not have noticed by now, the existing flush might be damaged.
chances are, you'll be able to pull mushrooms from it again after a recovery period of about a week or two. though this late in its life, it might recover only to not fruit anymore.

It's a toss up to be honest. sometimes it'll swing back into vegetative growth and recolonize itself, sometimes it'll just give one last hard flush and be done.
