3 could be an Agrocybe or Stropharia or Hebeloma or something.
1 could be Panaeolus subbalteatus, but it could be something else.
Clearer pictures are required, try to get ahold of a real digital camera.
When you get the mushrooms home, take spore prints.

The Shroomery is a less than ideal place to host mushroom pictures for two reasons.
1) They chop the picture down to a small size if you are not a supporter, losing many of the fine details that are necessary for identification.
2) If you look at any old threads (2002, etc), all the pictures that were hosted on shroomery are missing. Maybe they had a drive crash and had no backups, or an upgrade didn't go as planned.
No one wants to click outside the page, so the best thing to do is to host them somewhere that is permanent and fast, then use IMG tags to include the pictures in your message. No one will complain about offsite hosting if you include the pictures right in the message, and it helps conserve the shroomery's bandwidth.
No matter where you host your pictures, don't delete them ever. The blue morel pics and many others have been lost.

The people on mushroomobserver suggested that its Panaeolina foenisecii, another good guess.
They also gave some good camera tips which I'll paste in here so everyone sees them:
"The actual photos aren’t bad, it looks like the camera can do fine. But you are letting it decide the focus on the shot, and you have the mushrooms held up in front of a much more distant background. This is a common problem in shooting mushrooms, where you have small things in front of more distant big things. The camera will use its autofocus to get as much in focus as possible, which will mean focusing on the background, giving you blurry photos of the mushrooms. You can fix this by turning off autofocus. Or forcing the focus by having the auto focus fix on something larger, like your hand, at the same distance as the mushroom, then remove the larger thing, and take the shot. Or not hold up the mushrooms in front of a distant background, but place your mushrooms directly on the background, like a table. But even then, if your focal plane is narrow, it can be hard to get the camera to focus on the right thing. I have a 2 year old camera, and I have all these same problems. Just something you have to keep in mind for pretty much all mushroom photos."

If it is truly black then those are probably Panaeolus Subbalteatus. However it should be absolutely jet black.
I've started looking at mine through a loop made for stamp inspecting i believe. You just set it down on the print and it really helps. No squinting. You can also try laying a piece of printer paper with sme printing on it next to the spore print, when looked at through the loop it is very obvious.
Just a couple suggestions that have helped my middle aged eyes.
