heres the deal with the humidifier...
you only need one, assuming you have a good one and it can put out enough humidity.
in most cases, its ok to put the humidifier inside the fruiting chamber (assuming a big green house), but if its ran for more than 15 min out of every hour, it'll SOAK everything, which will be very bad.
now if you plan to pipe in the humidity, you could potentially run into the problem of it not humidifying enough, but in most cases this too will be fine. if you live in an overly dry area, or there is too much air disturbance causing evaporation in and around the greenhouse, then you'll have humidity problems and might benefit from the ultrasonic AND the cool mist.
also, if you plan to run the humidifier within the greenhouse (my preferred way), i would highly suggest the following:
-run a dryer vent duct hose (big ass aluminum tube) from the air INTAKE to the outside air and into the upper part of the air, not the floor.this is to ensure optimal fresh air intake along with humidity. -if you do plan to run it inside, you have two options for controlling humidity, one is to place a metal screen on top of the output(a hand-held metal strainer, fine mesh, to collect excess water droplets, works wonders for me), or buy an 80 dollar repeating cycle timer (search some of RRs posts for the specific one) to run 7 minutes on, and 8 minutes off, or some close variation, WITHOUT the metal strainer. if you go with the metal strainer, you can run the humidifier INSIDE the GH, 24/7, and never reach 97% humidity on the top shelf.
hope this helps, if you need any clarification, just ask please.

i also might add that its a handy idea to place the greenhouse within a plastic tub (if you can find one big enough), or seal off the bottom with a tarp or whatever, as to not make a mess. AND also place trays of moist perlite within this tub, to collect water droplets that are bound to form, and re humidify the GH.

Can impeller-style cool mist humidifiers operate IN 100% humidity 24/7 without being damaged by operating in so much moisture? (Inside a greenhouse)
