Hey there,

Synopsis of this weeks observations by this newbie...
1. Don't get too many jars going at once...
2. Don't try too many things at once...
3. Never underestimate how much water rye berries can absorb or how much they can swell in the jar...
4. Bob's Red Mill Eight Grain Wheatless Hot Cereal is an excellent PF TEK BRF substitute...
5. The Little Guy's TAZ are butt fast in Alien Substrate PF TEK style...
6. PF Classic sucks cased...just sucks...
7. PF Hawaiian is great cased...just great...
8. MM Goliad and Brazos county do some thick mycelium...
9. SH EQ's most consistent...
10. The shroomery.org forums are a great source of good information...

Yeah, in one of the threads i made about my jars a week ago, someone told me that PF Classics are crap for casing.... (the strain i got is PF Classic, shitty)

I got a question!!!!
What if i use some Horse Poo? and then make a casing out of it? would that produce more fruits than a regular cake?... because knowing that i wanted to make a casing out of these PF classics, and finding out that they are crappy casing material was dissappointing. so what if i use horse poo?, cuz every strain i see seems to love horse poo!

My words of wisdom and what IMO is most important: TAKE YOUR TIME!!! It's not a race, try and skip steps or do things half assed and your bound to fail. Thats jus MO though.
