this depends completely on climate and strain, but it's worth a try.

Hey i went ahead anyway and dumped it into a stump in the woods, and then covered it with bark, decomposing wood, and bark. Maybe something will come up..

Yup. Just mix it in with some dung and cover it with soil. Water every day and watch! Chances are you wont get massive flushes (like you would if you mixed uncontaminated substrate with dung outdoors) but you will get a few MASSIVE mushrooms...

This, of course, must be done during the summer.
