Good Scale
    #743612 -

Ok, I know this has been asked probably 100 times, but looking threw those posts (did a search) people eitehr need something I don't need, or didn't exaactly ask what i'm interested in.

Anyway, I'm looking for a good scale thats not too expensive.

Basically, I don't think I'll be needing anything more exact then .1 g.

The thing is, I don't wan to spend too much, BUT I want a desent quality scale (and, if possible, a somewhat small scale). The scale should be accurate, and it must work good (I know friends with scales that fuck up in the cold, etc.)

Anyway, I don't want to really set a price range, I mean, i'd love to only spend $40-$50 but if for $70-$80 theres a much better quality scale, I'd rather spend the extra money.

Any of the Tanita pocket scales would suit you just fine. You can probably find one of the 100mg resolution/100g payload units for less US$80.

Checking eBay is a good idea. I recently missed out on a precision torsion scale (120g payload, 1mg resolution...YES....1mg!!!!) for less than US$150 that was on eBay.

What about the my weigh scales? (specifially the M-200)

They seem a little too inexpensive.. anyone use them before? any problems?

Usually you can send them a money order and then they will ship you your scale when they recieve it.

Try a head shop. You can find good digital scales for around $50.

I have the My Weigh MX-200. It's treated me very nicely.

well after looking around for a while, and comparing My Weigh scales, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the PalmScale 200... since it's only really $11 more then the MX-200 (aafter shipping, oldwillknott.com), and it comes with a 5 year warranty (not to mention it seems to have a bit better quality parts)
