home smart pressure cookers

so i ordered a pressure cooker without researching to much, and ended up with a homesmart 9qt.
i was under the impression all pressure cookers were the same, just size and durability changed the price, but this pressure cooker's stats are as follows
working pressure 80 +/- 10% safety pressure 112-160 kpa destroy pressure >480
now, im assuming the working pressure is what i need to pay attention to as far as psi goes, and with a little calculation, 80 kpa comes out to ~11 psi.
i also know its recommended that you go for 15psi.
any suggestions? should i extend my cooking time (wbs tek)
or can i alter the weight a little?
or...
idunno. any ideas?

I know this is resurrecting from the dead, etc. But, I have one of these pressure cookers too and lost the regulator (jiggler) and can't find out where to get a replacement. It is one of the sliding type locking mechanisms and none of the presto weights will fit. Is there anyway to contact the company or a dealer or some nice soul and get another one. I really can't be buying a new PC right now.
P.S. and yes I have googled
