someone help please...

I innoculated 12 jars with the f+ strain over a month ago. I think I let the substrate get too wet and all but two went bad. They are both stuck at about 20% colonization and have puttered out. There are probabaly a few of you experts out there who have had the same problems. What is my next step? Do I dunk them, expose them to light, throw them in the trash..what?!?! I'm really very frustrated right now. I was expecting to have fruits soon but im dealing with lazy myceliium.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well if its been over a month since innoculation and you're only at 20% growth on your jars I would either think that A. You're storing your jars in the fridge. or B. You've lost all your jars to contamination. I'm thinking that its B. Build an incubator at try to keep your jars around 85 degrees and make sure you're steralizing properly. When I do a multispore innoculation I get full colonization in a little under 2 weeks. You can keep those 2 jars around for awhile to see if they grow anymore but you've probably got some sort of bacterial contam.

be very sterile. take some colonized pieces four or five size of dimes and mix it with new sterilized brf/verm.

i had a jar stall out a week ago .

now i have a 50%colonized cake.

oh yeah maybe wet the colonized part with water and h202.

that's exactly what I was about to say, until I scrolled down and saw your post.
halfway through colonization, I always flip my jars, and take the tape off of it. That promotes gas exchange in the jar=faster growth.
