after you make your casing do you put it back in the incubator or do you put it in the fruiting chamber.

Incubate till it's mostly colonized, too-- THEN fruit.

Yeah-- remember to add the casing layer AFTER full substrate colonization... I aim for 75% cas. layer colonized when I xsfer to FC...

Neither.

You apply it to your fully colonized substrate and cover it up. You then place it on a shelf out of the way, at normal room temperature for a few days. When the mycelium pokes through a few days later, introduce to fruiting conditions. Read up on patching. It's optional, but does increase yield and pinset.

i read it too just the way they stated somethings kinda threw me off track, that seems kinda unsafe to just let it sit ocvered with what like aluminum foil or somethin.

I misread/misunderstood-- I've never put a substrate in an incubator-- I do spawn jars, but not subs-- I was thinking of incubatinng as "sitting until colonized" in this case
