Mycelial Textures

From what I see with Psilocybe Mycelium is rizomorphic right... in PF teks on average most the mycelium looks like little vanes...Mine looks like that in sectors.... In 1 huge level from top to bottom is a solid white then it gets to rizomorphic for the 2nd level....then to 3rd level its a solid paste forming at the bottom....as I see is this good for the cell wall of a mushroom because I heard WBS Sunflower Seeds help the cell wall of a mushroom to be stronger and stuff...can it be that the mycelial cake has taken on greater strengths for the mushroom wall or? I dunno more help on Psilocybe Cubensis Mycelial Textures

Not necessarily.

I didn't really understand what you're talking about towards the end of your post, but it sounds like you got your substrate too wet.

If it's a "paste" at the bottom, there's too much moisture. With cakes, moisture seems to be concentrated towards the base of the cake. Especially when the cake is in contact with moist perlite. There's also a more humid micro-climate. That's why cakes usually pin around the base.

I don't understand how WBS has anything to do with PF cakes.

OOOO...I see now because I had to inocc more water into it because it went a little dry....I may have inocced too much like 2-3 CC's more into each of the 5 jars out of 20ccs because i see little moist dots around the cakes.....

I really dont know what im doing...If i had a pc it'd be all the better....im waiting on a 21 qt AA or a Presto 23qt...Im a rookie to the whole thing....I understand the basics but not really the whole picture other then for me to grow good mushrooms I have to become the cake!...WBS Sunflower Seeds help the mushroom cell walls become stronger...from what I heard...I was just babblin about what I thought...I read it and i didnt even know what i meant hahaha
