ok I ordered a crappy grow system that took forever to get here and was half ass slapped together when it did (if I mention it by name this post will get booted) and it came with three jars, which I am currently fruiting after making many mods to the system, and 2 bags of casing mix labeled "P" and "E" I was left completely baffled on how to get started using them to attempt my next crop.
appreciate any help anyone can give

This is exactly why you should only buy shit from reputable, trusted vendors. The Shroomery has a whole page of them, so take a look, and quit wasting your cash getting ripped off.

2 different grades of vermiculite.
Which makes a fine casing, so go for the gusto...

I would recommend you put some time lurking through these forums. There's a lot to learn about this hobby that can't be summed up in a single thread. Everything you need to know is in these forums. A lot to read, but well worth it.

I agree and I have spent hours and hours searching these forums and won't stop doing so because while looking for one answer I may find several others I won't have to ask for down the road however in this case I guess I'm a little impatient for this answer

Use them, combined, to case an already colonized substrate. If you need to know what a casing is, you should parse the basic bulk substrate teks.
