Question regarding an outdoor patch

I live in Washington near Puget Sound, and I'm considering doing an outdoor patch. By the time I have everything I need, it will be late November. By the time I am ready to bury the birthed cakes, it'll probably be somewhere around January, in the thick of winter. The winters here in WA are cold, and very rainy. If we receive snow, which doesn't happen every winter, the patch will be sheltered from being covered by trees. The strain I'm using is B+, for obvious reasons, and I'm wondering if they will grow in this kind of climate.
Also, I know that the mystical Psliocybe azurescens grows near the Columbia and the coast and I'd like to know if any of you experts can tell me if P. azurescens will be able to grow up north further near the water and Seattle. Thanks.

the B+ would grow in the summer, if you watered it every day..
The azures would grow up there.. yes.

This leaves my first question unanswered: Will the B+ grow in the winter? I'm guessing not...

Meaning, not in the winter. Cubensis is tropical.
