oh yeh...
the spines on top look just like Panchoi, but the bottom ones are almost black and a little longer than panchoi

I think the spines at the top are small from lack of sunlight.

The ribs and areole spacing suggest pachanoi to me. The larger spines confuse me a bit only because all of mine from various sources have shorter spines that start to resemble more what you have on top. I have seen fatter specimens with longer spines like that though. It could be a sun thing or it could be some genetic intrusion that caused this. I'd say you definitely have some pachanoi genes in there though...and it's quite a nice size for the price. I'd be happy to find that one myself.

please take another pic or a few, it does look like a pedro but the ribs look wierd at the top, if the pic was better i could tell

looks liks a pedro at the bottom but the ribs looks like a cereus

It probably is a Backeberg Pachanoi but it still looks kind of weird. Maybe it's just the etiolation, get that poor thing some sun.

I'm not exactly sure what that is...

Everything about is screams T. Pachanoi, but then you look at the ribs (which seem way too angular) and think otherwise.

I agree with everyone else...better pics! Make sure you get a top view in there.
