Getting ready for my first bulk grow

I'm about to embark on my first bulk grow and I have a few questions about some calculations and procedures.
I have 16 fully colonized WBS PINT jars. I have 17 8x8 ovenware containers (each holds 3pt total volume) AND 2 aluminum baking trays (each holds 6pt total volume)
For proper 4(bulk):1(spawn) ratio each ovenware tray should contain 2.25pt hpoo/straw and .75pt spawn
This means a total of 13 jars will be needed for the ovenware containers.
This leaves 3 jars (pints) for (2) 6 pint containers 1.5 jars (pints) will go into each container with 4 pints of substrate.
Total substrate needed (17 ovenware-38.25pt, 2 foil trays-8pt): 46.25pt
46.25pt = ~23qts total substrate required
I have a 6-8 quart bag of hpoo/straw and a 16 quart block of coir. If I combine the hydrated coir with the hpoo/straw I should have exactly the amount I need, right? Will I need any more additives (like bloodmeal for nitrogen) after combining the two?
When my bulk is prepared how exactly do I combine it with the spawn? Can I just put down a layer of substrate, then spawn, then more substrate?
Thanks

Poo+straw + coir should be fine if you prepare it right. No need to add anything else. I wouldn't mix the two, personally- I'd do two different sets of trays. But that's me.
4:1 is ok, although I like a little richer mix to start. Since this is your first bulk, why not try some at 4:1, some at 3:1, and maybe even some 2:1 to see what works well for you. Don't forget that you probably don't have full pints of grain, if you left room to shake them.
You see a lot of posts about aluminum, but I don't think it will do any harm to use them for one grow.
All in all, it sounds like a well-thought-out operation. Be sure to post pics when these acres of mushrooms sprout up. What strain are you growing?

Yeah it'd be nice if you kept us updated. Sounds like there's a lot of forethought involved. Good luck.
Have you done casings before? If not Agar has an awesome pinning strategy that will help you.

Golden Teacher and something else (forgot to take note when I inoculated). The GT's are all marked though so I can keep the two strains separate.
I will definitely post pics once harvest time comes around.
mushbaby: I have not done casings either. Planning to do a 50/50+ peat/verm mix with hydrated lime and gypsum. My question on that would be, do I sterilize or pasteurize the casing mix? I have a bunch of autoclavable bags ready for either purpose.

My bad it's Hyphae's pinning strategy. Sorry Hyphae, but didn't Agar used to have it in his sig? Definitely read it, I've read it about 50 times myself.
Pasteurize.

Cool. I will look up that pinning strategy.
I also just took a picture of my greenhouse. I've been running it in test-mode with some cakes I previously had in a RR-shotgun FC. I'm using an ultrasonic humidifier on a 4hr on 4hr off cycle, an aquarium fluoro light (12/12 cycle), and a fish tank heater in a pitcher of water for heat. This setup has allowed me to get conditions as close to optimal as possible (78-80F and 88-99% RH). For FAE I fan with the front cover a few times a day. The cakes are loving it in there (the small ones are all on their third flush and mostly aren't producing anymore)
