an using these as the basis for some dim sum.

I was also going to incorporate shallots and use some oyster juice, a dash.

A white wine cream dipping/drizzling sauce.

can yall give me suggestions to take this little experiment to the next level?

But, deep fryed Wonton wrappers are good with ice cream.

dump the pork and get some imitation crab meat. dont use oyster sauce either.

Chop the crab meat real tiny, whip everything together, fill wontons anddeep fry.

yeah, I know. I am deeply averse to imtation crab meet. It is the anti theme, viva la crabs!

still I could use some jmbo lump crab meat, and call it crab rangoon, or whatever.

I love por tho, and cream cheese, and sundried tomatos, and shallots and heavy cream, and dry white wines, and little green things that spring forth from the rich balck soil and flavor our foods in the expression of the earth's appreciation for tending to her.
