How to know when to pick B+ strain mushrooms?

Since the B+ doesn't have a real mushroom "cap" to it how do I know when to pick it? Will the veil still break? thanks

As I understand it, mushrooms have the best potentcy to weight ratio when the veils on the fruitbodies just starts to stretch. Once spore production starts, psilocybin/psilocin production slows or stops.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.

obviously it is this guys first time growing and he doesn't realize yet that it will have a cap. it probably just pinned a day ago.

You would never notice the difference. Once the cap starts opening, the mushroom is at the end of its life cycle, It doesn't grow anymore, just drops spores and dies.
