I started putting together some pics of my indoor peruvian torch grow from seed..... 08-26-2006

11-15-2006

04-22-2007

09-18-2007

so it is about 14 months old now and over 10 inches tall  not bad for indoors I will update every so often

i like those plants... got myself some icaro seeds from aus last week along with some more interesting aussie hybrids, and i must say im looking forward to growing them

cool man I'll trade ya for that evil looking crested cati you have  but yeah if anyone has any grow log pics in a format like mine please post. It would be great to have a bunch of samples of various cacti grows that show the first few years growth all within one thread. different kinds, indoor and outdoor ect...

what were your different soil mix makeups? And did you have them under that hps the whole time?

it is in pro mix soil and sometimes was under flouro lights. thanks delta

great growth, especially indoors. Just curious, how close do you have the hps to the cacti? Why wouldn't you put them outside during the summer to take advantage of the sun?

I have a small backyard and the dog pisses and shits back there  not to mention bugs ect... if you take a look at any outdoor cacti they always seem to get all kinds of scars and stuff. Mine doesn't have a blemish whatsoever. oh and the HPS distance varies from 6 to 2 feet away. also I have some seed grown Cuzcos that someone sent me that are about the same size that look like they were grown outside all their life and they aren't really any fatter. also with indoors I don't have to deal with clouds or chemtrails. and I grow them all winter. it gets cold here in NY.
