i'm sure, there have already been tons of threads about this topic, and i'm well aware of the fact, that psychedelics affect everyone very differently so, i'd like everyone to share their experiences with body loads on the two standard hallucinogens lsd and mushrooms i hear and read quite often, that many people get a very heavy body stone on mushrooms and rather feel like lying down and riding out the trip than moving, dancing and the like and that lsd gives most people an amphetaminelike electric body high, that makes them want to move/dance/explore and clench their jaws i agree on the lsd part (however, i find lying down just as enjoyable as moving) but not at all on the mushroom one for me, mushrooms mostly give me a very up body high i feel inclined to dance, jump around, run and i'm in perfect tune with my body i literally feel, like i can take on anything sitting down is almost impossible even on moderate doses of amphetamines, the urge to move is far less severe (they actually make me calmer) the higher the dose, the higher the need for body activity it feels like the mushrooms are moving me for me, mushrooms are the ultimate psychedelic party drug, apart from the paranoia part, that i can ignore more easily these days anyone having similar experiences with them?

My last mushroom trip involved some pretty decent muscle cramps along with that constant uncomfortable feeling.
Didn't really affect the experience too much, though.

It really depends for me, usually on acid I'll have the same type of amphetamine-like electric body high. There's been a few occasions where I've gotten painful stomach cramps, they're usually brief though and pass quickly.
On mushrooms it varies, usually I feel kind of stoned and relaxed. Sometimes I get nauseous or I get stomach pain, i find moving around is difficult and my movements are very uncoordinated. Other times I feel great and my movements are very precise.

with mushrooms i get a nasty stomach ache if i dont make tea...
other than that though i usually feel absolutely wonderful...massive body euphoria..
LSD starts with an amazing euphoria and then really turns into a numbness...ive never had any unwanted side effects from LSD except inability to sleep after coming down...

For me mushrooms carry a very heavy body load. It bloats my skin, makes me feel heavy, makes me sweat alot, and I generally just get this dirty feeling. I dont get dizzy, but the tactile visuals just seem bloated and unruley. I have never let this get in the way of an amazing trip.
With lsd, it does feel very electric for me. The whole experience is somehow sharper. I get more tactile hallucinations with lsd but I dont consider that to be "body load". Its more like cool electricity, and geometries crawling all over my skin.
The first time I took mushrooms I thought, wow this feels pretty "unclean" compared to lsd. I didnt let it bother me and was simply amazed by the experience and how different it was than lsd.
As for having energy and the will to get up and move around, they are about the same for me.
