When you pc contaminated jars your goal is too kill the mold. I dint think that the dead mold would revive itself after being exposed to such high temps. I dint see the need to pc again, but if you feel you do it wont hurt anything.

Be careful. It depends on what you mean by "safe". When you open contam'd jars in general, it still releases dead spores, and can cause serious respiratory problems. I've had this happen due to my own idiocy more than once.

As for the danger of viable spores, I'm with pazzy; it's unlikely unless you unsealed the container, to ever develop mold in a PC'd jar.
