There was a way to delete threads that you did not want to see anymore. I am a frequenter of the OTD forum, and there are ALWAYS threads that I find completely pointless that keep getting bumped back up to the top by people who are responding to them. Why isn't there a way for each user to delete threads that he does not want to see anymore??
Or is there a way to do this and I am just dumb and ignorant?

I think he doesn't want to delete threads, he just wants to option to block threads that are bumped pointlessly.

Am i right?

Yes, I'm talking about other people's threads... But only deleting them from the list that you personally see... Do you know what I mean?
Say I did not want to see what I thought was an annoying, pointless thread of people chatting back and forth about nothing... I could have the option to delete (or I guess ignore) that thread and it would not be visible on my screen anymore. But everyone else would still be able to see it if they wanted to.
Is something like this possible with the forums that the shroomery uses?
