If your other jars are pretty close to finishing (within a week or two), just wait it out. Otherwise you can refrigerate your jars to slow colonization until the others are ready.

thanks I've been wanting to experiment with spawning but this is my 2nd grow and my first attempt at rye so I think I will stick to casing ATM. so far its going great, much better than the pf tek BRF method IMO

rock thanks man yea this was my first attempt at grain and colonized 28 jars in one session. I was quite worried I didn't boil the rye for the right amount of time or something, but damn I was proven wrong. this things are colonizing like crazy. plus I broke my aquarium heater thing so I had to use my small back up, so the incubator is only at 79 degrees and they are still colonizing super quick.
kind of scared to shake them though. the tek Im using said to do it at 25% 50% and 75% and 100%. some seem around 30% but I didnt shake them yet. 2 are almost fully colonized and I didnt shake them. can anything go wrong when shaking them? (yes I'm paranoid)

I only shake once at around 40-50%,providing you aren't trying to break up the grains so hard that you crack the jar(Bang them against something soft like a tire)there isn't really any thing else that I can think of that you need a warning for shaking
I do suggest that you don't shake 3 or four times,1st of all once should be good enough and 2nd of all every time you shake you are making the mycelium work harder to recolonize
