never seen mold like this

eugh this jar got contaminated and I dont know what to do, its in one spot but the jar keeps fruiting anyway. should i take it our and fruit it? or let it grow invitro?
maybe i should amputate the purple-red mold?

Lipstick mold looks like , well , you can try cutting a quarter inch past that contam , if it doesnt show back up its fine .

It looked more like metabolites than mold.

It's hard to say with such a vague image. It sort of looks like a colony of purple colored bacteria to me. That's if the suspect spot is uncolonized by mushroom mycelium. You'll need to take a better or at least closer photograph.
