Could it been because of the MDMA?

I gave my friend a fair dose of semilanceatas earlier today, but he experienced nearly no effects at all. He took yesterday 1.5 pills of what was mostly MDMA. So could it been caused by that or not?

There's some cross tolerance, but it shouldn't totally nullify the effects. Wait three weeks then try again.

To expound upon that...both of them are 5-HT1A serotonin receptor antagonists, however both of them each operate on other serotonin receptors.

It would be one hell of a shitty drug if it acted as an antagonist to that receptor
