Ok I have an almost 100% colonized cake of brf of the South A. strain. Anyway it is fine except a small green spot on the bottom of the jar. It is about 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch. and isn't a solid color green.. it is more an outline in green that has the white inside it. Same white as the whole jar. anyway...... are there any suggestions... is this a keeper? should i toss it.... cut the bad spot out?

you SURE it's green and not blue bruising? I had a little spot I thought was green, but it ended up being just bruising, after I birthed the cake. You should check it out when you birth. Cut it, if it's bad, i bet you it's bruising though.

I would cut the green off, isolate it and hope for the best.

nope no suprise to me! i already posted in that folder....In fact it was the first place i posted. it is kinda dead in there compared to here. Way more responses here in 1 hour. I don't think anyone has responded back yet there.
