small Green mold ?

Ok I have an almost 100% colonized cake of brf of the South A. strain. Anyway it is fine except a small green spot on the bottom of the jar. It is about 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch. and isn't a solid color green.. it is more an outline in green that has the white inside it. Same white as the whole jar. anyway...... are there any suggestions... is this a keeper? should i toss it.... cut the bad spot out?

First you must rule out the possibility of bruising. Otherwise....how big is the spot now?? lol

update*

the spot hasn?t changed a bit over the past week it is still about 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch but of course that?s not accurate it isn;t a straight line.

does bruising happen while in the jar?
