First timer: Fruiting growth stall

Hello,
I'm growing for my first time (South American) in Rye Seed. Everything has been going well. I birthed the 1 pint jars into plastic containers and cased them using vermiculite. I let the containers sit in the incubation chamber until the Mycelium broke the surface (it wasn't nearly completely covered). I moved them into the fruiting chamber (lower heat, regular fanning, and a LED light).
The problem is, they've stopped growing. I was thinking it could be a few things:
1) Humidity isn't high enough (I don't have a way to measure it) 2) The light isn't bright enough (It's much more dim than a 60 watt light bulb) 3) The substrate/mycelium was spread too thin. I can't remember too well, but it was a little under an inch deep (the containers are covered with tin foil to block light from the sides)
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

One week in the fruiting chamber (with very very little growth). Three days in incubation.

Just misting for humidity. It was worrying me because it was growing so fast then it pretty much stopped. I'm thinking more and more it's the humidity. How can I raise humidity with out raising the temperature? Maybe put extra water in the bottom of the chamber?

never leav standing waer in the chamber. add 6 inches of well soaked perlite to the bottom of the chamber and set the casing on that mae sure the casing itself is not touching the perlite. watch the rr pftek video you can use the fc for casings as well.

patience is def. one of the key ingredients to a succesful harvest. some ppl get a little antsy and screw everything up by trying some weird stuff. just give it time man.
