I've got that same card(the Intel) on my desktop. You don't need to clear your CMOS. You do need to turn off the card in the BIOS settings. The onboard Intel cards are BITCHES, they fight for priority over the PCI card and your comp will just hang, with nothing on the monitory(mine did at least). To avoid this, put the Vid card in the very first PCI slot... In my case this was the PCI slot that was closet to the edge of the motherboard... It may be different for you.

As far as noticing a huge difference, hell yes, you will notice a BIG difference. You get frame rates of about 30fps with the Intel, with the card you are getting you'll get 120+fps @ 800x600.

Nope, I wish I did though. I've got a Voodoo 4500PCI- a 32mb card, and its pushing around 130fps @ 800x600 in Quake 3(I overclocked it a little

)
