ROFL are you kidding. I originally had ----7 Felonies!!----
Now I only have 1. And if I follow my probation I can get it reduced to a misdemeanor and then dropped from my record

lol, dude, living in a forest growing weed and shrooms as a hermit. Wellll, I had a patient one time that pans for gold, his wife is a nurse, he is on disability and he swears he makes enough to survive on with the gold he finds and pays his bills in cash, and has a medical marijuana presctiption. It's possible lol.
I'd say aim a bit higher maing, but that guy is happy. London, Sydney, Madrid, NY, Tokyo and others are a great break from the forest. So dont limit your travel options by being a hermit as the goal for your life. Just saying

Well Australia is my island, I am in the USA right now, but going back in a year or two. I suggest there, much better and more laid back than USA. Not so much bullshit, less whingers. Seems all Americans want to do is whinge and get people in trouble and ruin people's lives to get off on it.
Australia is better hands down. Then there's Ireland. Britain sucks. You have to clear that felony though so lay low and dont risk the shrooms or weed until it's clear or you will not ever get to travel. Drug offenses equal arrive at country, no admittance. An American can an ETA if a clean record, if you got a felony, you need a 3 month visa and you will get denied if it is drug related. At least to Australia. So keep your eye on the ball and no slipping for ya mate!

Good news though. My felony is not drug realted! If you can believe that.
"Resisting Arrest with use of force".
I have no idea if thats better But If i stay clean (Which i will) I can get it reduced and even dropped.
Does that help me dream?

I also want to have shaken the world also. Meaning, TO make some kind of impact, to do something important. And I want to travel the world.

If I were you, I'd write an apology letter to the officer that broke his thumb and thank the judge and prosecuting attorney. You'd have no idea how far that would go in their minds and create good karma.
Usually it's like 3 years to get it off your record. In the meantime, you still need to get a visa over an ETA for travelling if you have a felony. But hey, that's besides the point. You got a second chance at life. Not many get that so dont fug it up. Make a plan for success, after all, you faced down what a black man would spent ten years in prison for. So now you got to do something with it boss

ITs funny. The officer who I had the incident was fucking HUGE. Ive only seen a picture of him. When i jumped on his hood he looked like a "skiny white guy with Elvis hair that was moving around." My point is that im lucky to be aliave, and even though i had to pick a scramble with the biggest cop in all of vista.....I think hes probally the only one who wouldnt shoot me.
I know I have gotten a second chance. And i wont fuck it up. I dont know if you guys have ever played "Morrowind" but in the beggining of the game it talks about how youve fucked up in the past (Your getting transported to morrowind from a prison ship) and this Voice is telling you about your place in the world and what your destin for in life.
Id like to think I too can someday become a person destin for something great. Or a Man of Knowledge.
Thats from the heart

If i'm not mistaken, 7 years on a felony. But if it's dropped or reduced to Resisting arrest, your good.

Well I wish you the best mate! Not everyone can wrestle a cop in their undies and get away with a song lol Tell you the truth, I wrestled a dozen cops and got tasered in an airport. No felonies, just taken to the psych ward. So you are now my brother.
Peace out, gots to run,
PS dont fug up mate! I had to be extra superduper cautious

Hey man. I'm so glad to see that everything worked out so well! 1 felony isn't that bad, especially with the hopes of it getting taken off of your record. I was arrested and almost had 4 felonies tagged onto my ass... all for painting on a few government operated buildings. (stupid decision)
You'll be off of probation before you know it! I'd definitely write an apologetic/thankful letter to the cop and the judge like an above poster said. They'll see how sincerely you feel about wanting to make a change, and in the long run it will probably be to your benefit.
haha you have one hell of a story to tell now, my friend.

Seeker, good to hear.
And you are welcome here at my place in India anytime. Mi casa es su casa.
And when you get your place in the forest, lemme know, Ill drop by.
Ive already staked out some places in the forests here if shit goes down. Theres also some Buddhist caves there from many many centuries ago, which could turn out to be useful haunts. They thought of everything!! They have rainwater collection units, prayer halls, rooms, dining halls, clothes-washing waterways, EVERYTHING cut into the rocks in them hills!!
