So i have about 3 grams of dried of shrooms that I've had for about a month now I'd say. I've kept them in a bag with a few desiccant packets and just put them in the freezer abotu a week ago. Are these good to eat or should i just through them out? If they are good, should i expect a lot of potency loss?

Cold temperatures can destroy psilocybin. I'm sure the mushrooms themselves are fine -- assuming they have not been contaminated. I'd say expect a loss in potency.

I'd like to give you a definite answer but I don't know as I have never eaten frozen mushrooms.

Actually, cold temperatures will preserve potency by slowing the rate at which the psilocybin degrades. At higher temperatures, the psilocybin more readily breaks-down into psilocin, which then will break-down and reduce potency.

You probably have very little to no (noticeable) losses... I had mushrooms sit in an air sealed bag for 2 month with no potency loss.
And with what you did id expect them to stay fine for ages. Fridge is better then freezer probably.

For future reference, don't freeze mushies... you'll get moisture in them.

By the way, heat and cold do not have any quantitative effects on potency...it just effects their taste and texture.
The phosphorous "lock" found on the psilocybin molecule is very stable and requires enymze/chemical dephosphorylation to be converted into psilocin - which is not stable, oxidizes like mad and has a nitrogen ring that happens to be a 5-HT1A (serotonin receptor) antagonist.
I've sauted fresh mushies with no discernible difference in potency. And I've had the misfortune of tasting mushies that spent time in a deep-freeze (once fresh and once dried) and the dried were still kind of slimy afterwards.
