Make sure your room is entirely sprayed down with bleach/water solution(10% bleach 90% water) every inch....then shut the door so the dust and stuff will settle...If you've done it correctly you can smell the clorox/clorine outside the door....I myself...If I have already taken a shower...My jars are beside my computer in a cabinet....I spray the area with bleach solution and then spray my body in levels with it Including my clothes and use sanitizer kills 99.9% germs and bacteria then wait a couple hours until the dust settles....the people here don't like the smell of it but as long as its killing off contaminations I really don't care...I also use OUSTS and anything to keep the entire house spotless now

Wow, seems like a lot of work. Using a glovebox is a hell of a lot easier.

Even with a glovebox, sterilizing the area and yourself can be beneficial. I have had some trouble with a still air box, which is why I constructed a double HEPA filtered flowhood from wal mart stuff for like 50-60$. It works great, though I still sterilize the room and myself, just to be on the safe side. So far I am at 100% contam free work. We'll see how the stats hold up, but I expect to keep it pretty damn sterile, if it's smaller that my smallest pet, I want it dead, at least in the vacinity of my work space.

"Make sure you spray everything you own with tons of bleach..."
Haw haw. Yeah, make sure you get your laundry pile, too. Nah guys, just build a glove box, or a similar contraption as AFOD describes.
AFOD: Have you had success with G2G using your HEPA "hood"? I can't imagine it's as effective as a laminar unit, but if it works it works. Keep us updated on your successes and failures with that, because I'd like to know.

My glovebox has been 100% effective so far, 0 contams out of like 20+ jars. I want to upgrade to some thing better though, its too small and I spent like...$10 making it.

you shouldnt really spray your body with bleach even if it is watered down. It's not good for your skin (thats why people use gloves when they clean with bleach) and there are plenty of other products made specially for skin.
